College Consulting for Creative Students
A few student success stories
How we help you apply to college…
ARTriculate takes a holistic approach to maximize creative student's college opportunities. Our students are interested in visual arts, design, architecture, animation, fashion, game arts, performing arts, music, film, dance, and often the intersection between the arts and STEM, humanities, or business. We work with students throughout high school advising them on coursework, summer activities, internships, extracurricular activities, and pre-college opportunities to increase their personal growth and develop comprehensive college applications.
We introduce students to both art schools and traditional liberal arts colleges/universities so they can determine the path that best furthers their growth and education in a way that compliments their innovative thinking styles. We then guide them to:
participate in activities which inspire them,
create art which shows their personal voice and technical skills,
develop a balanced college list,
select works for supplemental materials (often art portfolios or audition materials), and
write compelling scholarship-receiving essays.
Most importantly, we guide the application timeline to reduce the inevitable stress families face allowing students to take more ownership. Although the college process is infamously difficult and overwhelming, it is ARTriculate's goal to help students and their families take control of this potentially chaotic experience and receive acceptances to programs that are good academic, cultural, and financial fits.
ARTriculate is here for you every year.
